NOVELTY - Electric core buffer material comprises a base body and an enhanced item. The base body is polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxyethylene and/or polyacrylamide. The enhanced item is reduced graphene oxide and/or grapheneoxide. USE - The material is useful to lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high elastic modulus, quick heat dissipation and large tensile strength, which can effectively improve the circulation performance of the electric core. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising adding the enhanced solution to the substrate solution, forming enhanced item-matrix gel and drying.
