NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene having high nitrogen content comprises e.g. taking polybenzimidazole as aromatic soluble carbon and nitrogen sources, hydrophobic interlayers formed by cationic surfactant modified montmorillonite, regulating hydrophobicity and interlayer spacing of templating agent by changing long chain alkylation of cationic surfactant, polybenzimidazole solution, carrying out vacuum assisted method to polybenzimidazole solution filled in interlayer of templating agent and arranging aromatic rings in polybenzimidazole molecules in interlayer. USE - The nitrogen-doped graphene is useful in catalytic oxygen reduction reaction catalyst, metal air batteries, fuel cells, for catalyzing and electrolyzing water-oxygen evolution reaction catalyst and super capacitor electrode material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing two-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene having high nitrogen content comprises taking polybenzimidazole as aromatic soluble carbon and nitrogen sources, where polymer chain composed of aromatic rigid benzimidazole, molecules containing nitrogen-rich imidazole ring and terminal amino groups, hydrophobic interlayers formed by cationic surfactant modified montmorillonite used as templates, regulating hydrophobicity and interlayer spacing of templating agent by changing long chain alkylation of cationic surfactant, polybenzimidazole solution having different layers of layered template, mixing, carrying out vacuum assisted method to polybenzimidazole solution filled in interlayer of templating agent for multiple times, arranging aromatic rings in polybenzimidazole molecules in interlayer under inert gas atmosphere, carrying out pyrolysis, removing templating agent to obtain final product.
