▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing fluorinated graphene/cerium oxide nanocomposite modified anticorrosive coating involves (a) placing graphene or graphene oxide powder in a high-pressure reactor, and passing a mixed gas of fluorine and nitrogen into the kettle, and performing high-temperature fluorination to obtain fluorinated graphene powder, (b) mixing the fluorinated graphene powder in step (a) with deionized water and surfactant to form a uniform dispersion, adding the soluble cerium salt solution and the alkaline solution, and transferring the formed mixture to the hydrothermal reactor, and reacting at high temperature to obtain the fluorinated graphene/cerium oxide nanocomposite, and (c) dispersing the fluorinated graphene/CeO2 nanocomposite obtained in step (b) in a solvent to form a suspension, mixing it with an organic resin and coating it on a metal substrate, and after drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing fluorinated graphene/cerium oxide nanocomposite modified anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the characteristics of low surface energy, hydrophobicity and barrier shielding of fluorinated graphene, and at the same time exerts the corrosion inhibition effect of cerium oxide, and has excellent corrosion resistance.
