▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high performance graphene nylon6 complex material comprises (i) mixing a carboxy group-containing graphene oxide aqueous solution with caprolactam, and ultrasonically mixing to obtain uniform mixed solution, (ii) transferring the product obtain in the step (i) to a high-temperature and high-pressure reaction vessel, passing through a nitrogen gas and a vacuum cycle for multiple times, and discharging the air in the kettle and stirring at a high speed, and performing the reaction according to specific polymerization process, (iii) taking out the product obtained in the step (ii) by water cooling, crushing and carrying out the extraction in boiling water, (iv) taking out the product obtained in the step (iii) drying in a vacuum oven to obtain a graphene nylon 6 masterbatch, and (v) blending the step (iv) masterbatch with the nylon 6 pellets according to predetermined ratio by using a twin-screw extruder. USE - The method is useful for preparing high performance graphene nylon6 complex material. ADVANTAGE - The complex material: has excellent strength and toughness, and is suitable for industrial production.
