NOVELTY - The structure has a graphene layer and a hollow carbon tube, where an end of the carbon tube is coupled to the graphene layer. A sub-frame is interposed between the graphene layer and the hollow carbon tube and has a length of 100 nm to 10 mm. USE - The carbon hybrid structure is useful for a film and an electrode composition of a lithium-ion secondary battery (all claimed), a hydrogen-storage device, a super capacitor, a solar cell and an integrated single chip. ADVANTAGE - The carbon hybrid structure has excellent electrical thermal property and performance stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a carbon hybrid structure.
