NOVELTY - Thermosetting anti-static coating comprises 20-60 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 20-80 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. Inorganic filler, 0.1-10 pts. wt. anti-static agent and 0.1-10 pts. wt. heat curing agent, where the mass ratio of the thermal curing agent to the anti-staticagent is 0.3-3:1. USE - The coating is useful in preparing protective coating for an electronic device e.g. smart mobile phone, computer, TV, electronic paper and a solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high hardness, good adhesion, good water resistance, excellent antistatic effect, good coating properties and adhesion to electronic devices; can improve the hardness of substrates, and prevent OLED devices from being scratched and damaged by static electricity during transmission and cleaning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing a thermosetting anti-static coating, comprising using the raw material of the thermosetting antistatic coating, heating and dissolving the thermoplastic resin and the solvent, and then mixing with other raw materials uniformly; (2) a use of thermosetting anti-static coating in the preparation of a protective coating for electronic equipment, where the preparation method of the protective coating comprises coating the thermosetting anti-staticcoating on the substrate to obtain a wet film, and then heating and curing, where the temperature of heating and curing is 60-150degrees Celsius, the heating time is 10-60 minutes, the thickness of the wet film is 10-150 microns, and the preparation method of thermosetting anti-static coating comprising using the raw material of thermosetting anti-static coating, heating and dissolving the thermoplastic resin and the solvent, and then mixing with other raw materials uniformly. (3) an electronic device comprising an electronic device body and a protective coating applied on the electronic device body, where the protective coating is prepared by using thermosetting anti-staticcoating.
