NOVELTY - Manufacture of carbon fiber composite material prefabricated body comprises pressing core body by coating two sides of multilayer cloth with dipping glue, forming multilayer coating dipping glue into wave shape, stacking the multilayer wave-shaped cloth one by one, making honeycomb shape by hot pressing and solidifying, and cutting into honeycomb strip; core shaping by forming the honeycomb strip; preparing single-layer graphene thin layer material; coating the single-layer graphene thin layer on two surfaces of the formed honeycomb strip; putting the formed honeycomb strip pasted with graphene thin layer into a mold for hot pressing and curing, simultaneously hot pressing and curing, extruding and reinforcing to obtain the prefabricated body by the compression molding device; laying one layer or multiple layers of single side surface with graphene thin layer on carbon fiber felt weak part of the prefabricated body after extruding and processing, and hot pressing and reinforcing. USE - The method is for manufacturing carbon fiber composite material prefabricated body used for fuel cell hydrogen energy automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables adding the double-layer graphene thin layer in the production process of the preform under the condition of not increasing the volume of the preform, greatly enhancing the pressure bearing upper limit value so as to improve the hardness of the preform to avoid the brittle function failure, and the double-layer graphene thin layer has heat-conducting property, which can quickly transmit heat to realize heat emission when using, which is good for avoiding the temperature rise caused by overheating of the accessory, so as to greatly improve the service life of the product, namely the safety performance.
