ADVANTAGE - The transition metal/graphene composite material can be manufactured economically with reduced consumption of energy, by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of transition metal oxide/graphene composite material, which involves dissolving salt of transition metal into deionized water or organic solvent, obtaining solution (0.01-0.1 mol/L) and adding metal oxide, obtaining mixed solution, adding hydrazine hydrate, heating at 100-250 degrees C for 4-48 hours, cooling and drying.
