NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-strength silicone elastomer based on modified polyphenol crosslinking, involves performing alcoholysis reaction between polyphenol and an acryl-containing compound in an organic solvent, performing post-treatment to obtain an acryl-modified polyphenol, using amino polysiloxane as basic polymer and the acryl-modified polyphenol as crosslinking agent, mixing, curing and crosslinking at room temperature to obtain the high-strength silicone elastomer based on the crosslinking of the modified polyphenol. USE - The method is used for preparing high-strength silicone elastomer based on modified polyphenol crosslinking. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, fast and efficient to operate, does not require a catalyst, can be cured at room temperature, and ensures smooth surface, uniform shape, and excellent mechanical properties, highest tensile strength of more than 8 MPa, and excellent performance than existing room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
