NOVELTY - Steel fiber concrete with secondary tunnel lining comprises gel material, fly ash, steel fiber, gravel, water, sand, graphene oxide and polycarboxylic acid high-performance water-reducing agent. The gel material comprises 282.3-331.1 pts. wt. cement, 35-76.8 pts. wt. fly ash and 39-117.8 pts. wt. steel fiber and 1154.3 pts wt. steel fiber. The mass ratio of the water and the gel material is 0.47:1, and the mass ratio between the sand and the gel material is 2.02:1. The graphene oxide is about 0.01-0.07% of the weight of the gel material. The solid content of the polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent is 021-0:0.24% of the mass of the gel materials. USE - Steel fiber concrete with secondary tunnel lining is used in civil engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The tunnel two-lining steel fiber concrete has excellent toughness, ductility and compactness, and improved mechanical property and durability, and can be prepared without complicated preparation process.
