▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced aluminum alloy material based on laser selective melting technique involves adding graphene and dispersing agent to deionized water, and ultrasonically shaking to obtain graphene suspension. The aluminum alloy powder is added to graphene suspension to obtain graphene/aluminum alloy mixture, and mixture is ball milled and dried to obtain graphene/aluminum alloy composite powder. The graphene/aluminum alloy composite powder is used for selective laser melting forming to obtain graphene reinforced aluminum alloy material, parameters of laser melting forming in selected area are laser power pf 250-450 watt, scanning speed is 800-1100mm/s, scanning pitch is 0.08-0.15mm, and layer thickness of the paving layer is 10-100 micrometer. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced aluminum alloy material based on laser selective melting technique. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene reinforced aluminum alloy material based on laser selective melting technique that promotes ceramic/metalcontinuous interface tightly combined, and improves mechanical property of material.
