NOVELTY - A conductive silica gel comprises 40-60 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. modified conductive filler and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. The modified conductive filler is silicon nitride-graphite oxide particles formed by graphene oxide coating silicon carbide. The modified conductive has core-shell structure. USE - The conductive silica gel is used in silica gel key formed by injection molding process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gel has small volume resistance, good conductivity and good thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing conductive silica gel comprising uniformly stirring and mixing silicone rubber, modified conductive filler and vulcanizing agent to obtain curing raw material, heating to 180-210degrees Celsius, and preserving temperature and reacting for 1.5-3 minutes under pressure of 5-10 MPa; and (2) a silica gel key.
