NOVELTY - The method involves processing a graphene film (101) with the fine adhesive sheet and the doping solution which does not react chemically, after temporarily fixing a graphene film on a fine adhesive sheet (201). Doping solution that does not react chemically is an isopropyl alcohol solution of gold-chloride, and a self-assembled monolayer is made to adsorb. After patterning a graphene film, graphene film is temporarily fixed on a fine adhesive sheet. After temporarily fixing a graphene film on a fine adhesive sheet, the graphene film is patterned. USE - Manufacturing method of graphene laminated body used for transparent conductive film. Uses include but are not limited for a semiconductor devices such as a transistor and an integrated circuit, or an electronic device, and broad area such as a transparent electrode, an electrochemical electrode, and a biodevice. ADVANTAGE - Improves electrical conductivity of the graphene to every base material since doping is directly given to the graphene temporarily fixed on the fine adhesive sheet. Maintains effect of the doping of a graphene laminated body by the dopant fixed layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a graphene laminated body; (2) a formation method of the transparent electrode; and (3) a transparent electrode.
