NOVELTY - Preparation of double-layer polymer modified graphene material involves (s1) mixing hydrophilic polymer, graphene oxide and solvent for electrostatic adsorption to obtain single-layer polymer-modified graphene material, and (s2) mixing with hyaluronic acid buffer salt solution for electrostatic adsorption. The pH value of the hyaluronic acid buffer salt solution is 2-8. USE - Preparation of double-layer polymer modified graphene material used in separation and enrichment of glycoprotein (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method modifies the hydrophilic polymer and hyaluronic acid with strong hydrophilicity on the surface of the graphene oxide by electrostatic force to obtain double-layer polymer-modified graphene material with high selectivity to glycoproteins and capable of effectively removing non-glycoprotein. The material realizes excellent glycoprotein enrichment effect, completely removing the non-glycoprotein, and further can more greatly keep the signal of the glycoprotein. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: double-layer polymer modified graphene material, which comprises graphene oxide and hydrophilic polymer, and hyaluronic acid modified on the surface of the graphene oxide; and application of double-layer polymer-modified graphene material in separation and enrichment of glycoprotein.
