NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite fiber through coating method comprises e.g. mixing worm shape expanded graphite, distilled water and surfactant to obtain mixed solution, carrying out liquid stirring pulverizer treatment, concentrating, extruding through coating device to thickness of 16-100 mu m, width 200 mm thin surface film, drying, clamping thin film by stainless steel input, during which the rolls were rolled at a line speed of 10-240 m/second at a pressure of 1-5 tons to obtain graphene oxide composite film and cutting graphene oxide composite film into continuous composite fibers. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite fiber through coating method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, does not need follow-up treatment and removing mixed, provide large amount of graphite fiber. The graphite fiber is with twist chip combine tightly, has uniform outer surface and internal structure, excellent mechanical performance and good flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite fiber through coating method comprises (i) taking worm shape expanded graphite, distilled water and surfactant, according to weight ratio of 1-3:100:0.01-1 mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution, carrying out liquid stirring pulverizer treatment for mixed solution, concentrating to obtain 20-25 mg/ml graphite oxidate colloidal solution, (ii) extruding graphite oxidate colloidal solution through coating device to thickness of 16-100 mu m, width 200 mm thin surface film, drying by dryer, clamping thin film by stainless steel input, during which the rolls were rolled at a line speed of 10-240 m/second at a pressure of 1-5 tons to obtain graphene oxide composite film, (iii) using film slitter to press the same roll the surface linear velocity cutting graphene oxide composite film into continuous graphene oxide composite fibers, each 1-10 continuous oxidized graphene composite fibers are grouped by jet air jet twisting of a fluid nozzle, while the end of the laser beam through the nozzle the hole is fired at the corresponding twist point, transforming continuous graphene oxide composite fiber into graphene composite fiber, output to winding forming device, directly made with twist graphene composite fiber cylinder.
