▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A metal-plastic composite enhanced hot-melt adhesive comprises 40-46 pts. wt. polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride type hot melt adhesive resin, 50-56 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. fumed graphene, and 3.3-3.9 pts. wt. anhydrous alcohol. USE - Metal-plastic composite enhanced hot-melt adhesive for high performance steel wire mesh/high density polyethylene composite pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal-plastic composite enhanced hot-melt adhesive has high strength, and excellent compatibility, and physical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of metal-plastic composite enhanced hot-melt adhesive, which involves (i) placing polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride type hot melt adhesive resin in a reaction kettle, adding deionized water, completely hydrolyzing at 86-90 degrees C for 3-3.5 hours, rinsing with deionized water, until the liquid is neutral, drying the hydrolyzed polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride type hot melt adhesive in a vacuum drier for 24-28 hours to obtain pre-reactant (A), (ii) weighing catalyst and graphene oxide, uniformly dissolving oxidized graphene in anhydrous alcohol, adding catalyst, stirring at 80-85 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, placing in a heat preserving device, and statically drying to obtain pre-reactant (B), (iii) uniformly mixing pre-reactant (A) and pre-reactant (B) with a low-speed mixer for 5-10 minutes, and granulating with a twin-screw extruder.
