NOVELTY - A graphene aerogel fiber composite paper honeycomb panel preparing method involves bonding the paper honeycomb core and the bottom plate by an adhesive and filling the graphene aerogel fiber into the cavity of the paper honeycomb core. The paper honeycomb core and the panel through an adhesive are bonded to obtain a composite honeycomb panel. An inorganic insulating material is sealed around the composite honeycomb panel to obtain the graphene aerogel fiber composite paper honeycomb panel. USE - Method for preparing graphene aerogel fiber composite paper honeycomb panel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing honeycomb panel with high tensile strength and strong heat insulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene aerogel fibers, which involves mixing graphene oxide with water to form a graphene oxide dispersion, a basic substance with a graphene oxide dispersion to obtain a graphene oxide solution and the water-soluble alginate with the graphene oxide solution to obtain a spinning solution, extruding the spinning solution into a coagulation bath to obtain a graphene oxide wet fiber, mixing the graphene oxide wet fiber with the reducing agent solution, reacting at 60-90 degrees C for 5-20 hours to obtain graphene aerogel wet fiber, washing the graphene aerogel wet fiber, freezing, thawing and drying to obtain the graphene aerogel fiber.
