NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-polyaniline modified carbon nanotube composite comprises adding 0.005-1 pt. wt. hydrochloric acid-doped polyaniline-modified carbon nanotube in 1 pt. wt. graphene oxide water dispersion liquid, reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 12-24 hours, adding 10 pts. wt. L-ascorbic acid, reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 24-48 hours, soaking in 500-700 pts. wt. of 1 mol/L ammonium hydroxide for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing, drying and obtaining the product. USE - Preparation of graphene-polyaniline modified carbon nanotube composite. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-polyaniline modified carbon nanotube composite has excellent electrical performance due to graphene, high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, and short, simple and environment-friendly preparation, and makes graphene planar conjugated pi electron delocalization unimpeded.
