NOVELTY - A LED comprises a conductive layer which is formed at the lower portion of the n-layer. The conductive layer is connected to N-electrode. Graphene oxide is reduced in the conductive layer. USE - LED (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive layer is formed at lower portion of n-layer and is reduced with graphene oxide, so that the heat emitting effect is enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing method of LED, which involves forming the n-gallium nitride layer, forming the graphene oxide pattern, and reducing graphene oxide pattern, to form n-layer.
