▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing biomolecular nanoparticles by freezing, involves using freezing method to drive self-assembly of biomolecules to form nanoparticles, preferably using biomolecules as raw materials, regardless of whether adding additives, after cooling and freezing the solution, water molecules crystallize, repelling biomolecules and additives out of the growing ice crystals, resulting in an increase in the local concentration in the non-ice area, enhancing the attachment kinetics of biomolecules, where this concentration effect strengthens the intramolecular and intermolecular electrostatic attraction, π-π stacking, and hydrophilic-hydrophobic interactions between biomolecules or between biomolecules and additives, leading to self-assembly of biomolecules, and forming nanoparticles. USE - The method is used for preparing biomolecular nanoparticles by freezing for preparing nano vaccine. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, suitable for assembly of unstable antigen peptides at high temperatures and high-temperature unstable drugs that need to be assembled with biomolecules, and suitable for preparation of nano vaccine.
