NOVELTY - High-performance solid buoyancy material comprises 46-50 pts. wt. glycidyl ester epoxy resin, 38-50 pts. wt. hollow glass microbeads, 2-4 pts. wt. propylene oxide phenyl ether, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-silica, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 4-6 pts. wt. modified plant fiber. USE - High-performance solid buoyancy material. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance solid buoyancy material is eco-friendly performance and excellent comprehensive performance, it is optimized for the specific component preparation process, and simple to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-performance solid buoyancy material, which involves: (A) taking propylene ether, silane coupling agent, nano silicon dioxide, hollow glass microsphere of modified plant fiber into the stirrer, and lower stirring with 800 revolution per minute rotating speed at 20 kilo hertz frequency ultrasound for 20 minutes, stopping ultrasonic with 800 revolution per minute rotating speed at 3 degrees C per minute of speed slowly raising thetemperature to agitate for 20 minutes, after finishingheating, constant temperature continuously stirring for 1 hours, taking the formulation proportion of glycidyl esters epoxy resin, graphene and resthalf of the hollow glass micro-bead by weight into mixture, and heating and stirring with continuously speed of 800 revolution per minuterotation at rate of 3 degrees C per minute for 20 minutes, after finishing heating, and constant temperaturecontinuously stirring for 2 hours, and then stirring and cooling to room temperature; (B) putting obtained mixture in the vacuum stirrer at 60-70 degrees C under the vacuum state and stirring 30 minutes; and (C) putting obtained mixture in the flat vulcanized machine tohot press forming, de-moulding and curing to obtain high performance solid buoyancy material.
