NOVELTY - The dielectric has a flexible high energy storage density dielectric composite with a sandwich structure, and the middle layer is a graphene layer. The two sides of the graphene layer are respectively a mixture layer of polydimethylsiloxane and barium titanate. The graphene is graphene with a vertically aligned structure. USE - Organic-inorganic nanocomposite dielectric for electronic device capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The organic-inorganic nano composite dielectric prepared has excellent characteristics such as an oriented vertical structure, high dielectric constant, high breakdown strength, and high energy storage density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing organic-inorganic nanocomposite dielectric.
