NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene nanoribbon/carbon nanotube (GNRsCNT) bridged aerogel material is obtained by by assembling basic structural units formed by bridging the graphene nanoribbon stripped from the carbon nanoribbon with unstripped carbon nanoribbon and doping the basic structural units with heteroatom as needed. USE - The material is used as lithium battery anode material, biometric sensor, fuel battery and lithium battery, super capacitor, catalyst carrier, and in adsorption and separation molecular devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent capacity and stability, and realizes important research significance and use prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing three-dimensional graphene nanoribbon/carbon nanotube (GNRsCNT) bridged aerogel material comprising (i) using oxidation process to prepare carboxylated aqueous solution of carbon nanotubes, changing the water-soluble carbon nanotubes, introducing in the surface of carbon nanotube a smalll nuber of defects, (ii) not adding carboxylated carbon nanotube aqueous solution or adding different kind of soluble dopant, hydrothermal processing at 80-200 degrees C for 1-48 hours to obtain uniform carbon nano tube hydrogel, (iii) introducing prepared hydrogel in ion plugging agent to conduct solvent replacement, after replacement, carrying out second time hydro-thermal process and completing peeling off process to obtain GNRsCNT hydrogel, where the ion plugging agent is potassium nitrate or dipotassium sulfate aqueous solution with concentration of 0.1-10 M, (iv) drying the GNRsCNT hydrogel to obtain the corresponding aerogel, and (v) subjecting GNRsCNT aerogel under inert gas protection for high temperature treatment, adding dopant, generating high temperature cracking, mixing dopant in situ into GNRsCNT crystal lattice, obtaining the hetero atom-doped GNRsCNT aerogel material, without adding dopant, high temperature annealing the target so as to remove oxygen to improve the conductivity of the material, obtaining undoped GNRsCNT aerogel material.
