▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Batch preparing catalyst for fuel cell comprises mixing carrier, formic acid and glycol, heating and reacting with water, chloroplatinic acid solution and sodium carbonate solution in inert gas atmosphere, and post-treating the mixture to obtain carbon-loaded nano platinum particle catalyst. USE - The method is useful for Batch preparing catalyst for fuel cell e.g. proton exchange membrane fuel cell in vehicle power source. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare catalyst which is easy to realize, realizes the proper particle size, noble metal load is uniform, has wide loading range distribution, the raw and auxiliary materials are common medicines, the reaction process has no pressure and no high temperature, does not need to use surfactant or coating agent, according to the proportion of different raw materials, adjusts the noble metal loading of the catalyst, and adjusts the production scale of the preparation catalyst according to need, which is good for greatly promoting the large-scale process of the domestic catalyst.
