▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A chemical plating nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite coating comprises 8-14 %mass phosphorus, 0.01-0.5 %mass graphene, remaining nickel, and unavoidable impurities. The number of the nickel-phosphorus amorphous cells with a particle size of less than 10 mum is more than 80% in all the nickel-phosphorus amorphous cells in the non-heat-treated surface of the nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite coating. The number of surface pinholes is less than 10-1000 mum-2. The nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite coating is attached to a surface of the nickel plating layer. The nickel plating layer is attached to a surface of a substrate. USE - Chemical plating nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The pre-electroplating nickel treatment increases the initial nucleation point of electroless plating, promotes the uniform dispersion and deposition of graphene, effectively improves the pore defects on the surface of the coating, obtains finer nickel-phosphorus particles and excellent coating adhesion, makes the coating more homogeneous and dense, and effectively improves the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and hardness of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of chemical plating nickel-phosphorus-graphene composite coating, which involves pre-treating, pre-electroplating nickel, water seal, chemical plating and passivating.
