NOVELTY - The device has a driving electrode. An array hole supporting layer and a van der Waals heterojunction are provided. The drive electrode is the bottom layer. An array hole support layer is attached on drive electrode. The van der Waals heterojunction is suspended on the array hole supporting layer. The array hole supporting layer is hexagonal boron nitride. The van der Waals heterojunction is a heterostructure with conductive two-dimensional layered materials. The driving electrode is any metallic conductive material. USE - Suspended multi-electrode van der Waals heterojunction electronic device for use in aerospace, biological medical and other precise instrument. ADVANTAGE - The suspension multi-electrode van der Waals heterojunction electronic device has small volume, light weight, low energy consumption, high resonance frequency, short response time and excellent performance, and can be further integrated to the modular circuit.
