▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based catalyst comprises graphene-based carrier, polypyrrole spacer and active catalyst particles which are supported on the graphene-based carrier. The polypyrrole spacer is located between two adjacent layers of the graphene-based carrier. The polypyrrole spacer is aligned, and graphene-based carrier is aligned. The orientation direction of polypyrrole spacer is same as orientation direction of graphene-based carrier. The mass ratio of the graphene-based carrier to polypyrrole spacer is 95:5-70:30. The mass of active catalyst particles accounts for 5-25 wt.% of the total mass of the graphene-based catalyst. USE - Graphene-based catalyst is used in membrane electrode assembly and fuel cell stack (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based catalyst has excellent characteristics such as strong catalytic performance, high stability, strong conductivity, and anti-CO toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based catalyst, which involves: (A) providing graphene-based carrier precursor, active catalyst particle precursor and pyrrole, dispersing graphene-based carrier precursor, pyrrole and active catalyst particle precursor in solvent and mixing uniformly to obtain first mixed liquid, ratio of graphene-based carrier and pyrrole is 95:5-70:30, mass of active metal in the active catalyst particle precursor is 5-25 wt.% of total mass of the graphene-based carrier precursor, pyrrole, and active metal; (B) applying electric field to first mixed liquid; (C) adding oxidant to first mixed liquid, and after reaction is completed to obtain second mixed liquid; and (D) applying electric field to second mixed liquid; and (E) adding reducing agent to second mixed liquid to adjust pH of the second mixed liquid to 10-14, after reaction is completed to obtain final product.
