▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An ultrasonic phased array device comprises ultrasonic wave emitter control system and raw material tank distributed with ultrasonic wave emitter in wall. The ultrasonic wave emitter control system comprises computer (1) and controller (2) connected with each other. The raw material tank comprises upper and lower covers (3), outer wall (5) and inner groove (6). The upper and lower covers are located and connected to outer wall through screw hole. The upper and lower covers and outer wall are uniformly provided with ultrasonic emitter array (4). The periphery of inner groove is tightly attached to outer wall for containing solution. The controller and ultrasonic emitter array are in communication connection through wire or wireless mode. USE - The ultrasonic phased array device is used for preparing three-dimensional graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize three-dimensional graphene different macrostructures by adjusting switch state of different ultrasonic emitters, uses ultrasonic standing wave control carrier microsphere to form uniform and regular arrangement in solution tank cavity space, leaves uniform regular pore structure in three-dimensional graphene, realizes pore of regular distribution of micron level in three-dimensional graphene, adjusts wavelength or frequency of ultrasonic wave that can realize control of gap spacing, and controls macrostructure, aperture size and pore space of three-dimensional graphene to prepare graphene with high continuity of uniform regular pore structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the three-dimensional graphene using ultrasonic phased array device.
