▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electrochemical immunosensor based on two labels comprises (i) preparing chromic acid solution, cleaning of glass containers, cleaning of centrifuge tubes and pipette tips, cleaning of micro syringes, and cleaning of gold electrodes, (ii) preparing L-cysteine solution, glutaraldehyde solution, 1% calf serum solution, graphene oxide solution, 2% polydiene dimethyl ammonium chloride solution, 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride solution, N-hydroxysuccinimide solution, primary antibody solution, antigen series concentration solution, and 10 mmol/l FCA solution, (iii) preparation for instrument cleaning, preparation of chloroauric acid solution, and preparation of sodium citrate solution, and (iv) secondary antibody labeling, goat anti-mouse electrochemical labeling, goat anti-human electrochemical labeling, construction of biological probes and sensors, and three-electrode system electrochemical detection. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrochemical immunosensor based on two labels. ADVANTAGE - The method has long-term practical significance for thedevelopment of public health field.
