▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a dense sintered by SPS graphene reinforced metal matrix composite material block, such that the graphene powder and metal powder are mixed mechanically. The graphene oxide powder is obtained, and is used in hydrothermal method and in chemical reduction, performing after ultrasonic dispersion, washing, filtration, drying, high-speed ball milling. The vapor deposition is re-milled to obtain graphene powder. The pure metal or alloy metal powders required are prepared. The prepared graphene powder and metal powder are mixed in the mass ratio. USE - Plasma discharge circuit (SPS) burning method. ADVANTAGE - The mixed powders are sintered to SPS so that the mechanical properties of the resulting material are improved. The density is decreased, and is provided with good thermal conductivity. The custom properties are obtained by adjusting the preparation parameters.
