NOVELTY - Functional heavy-duty anti-corrosion aqueous paint comprises epoxy resin composite primer, fluorocarbon composite topcoat and fluorocarbon metal varnish. The epoxy resin composite primer comprises aqueous epoxy resin, graphene, dispersant, diluent, and epoxy curing agent, and the prepared aqueous epoxy resin has excellent anti-corrosion and thermal conductivity properties. The fluorocarbon composite topcoat comprises fluorocarbon topcoat, graphene, dispersant, diluent, antibacterial agent, and fluorocarbon curing agent. The prepared fluorocarbon composite topcoat has anticorrosive and antibacterial properties. The fluorocarbon metal varnish comprises fluorocarbon paint, metal powder, diluent, and fluorocarbon curing agent. The prepared fluorocarbon composite varnish has anticorrosive, flame retardant, oil and water repellent properties. USE - The functional heavy-duty anti-corrosion aqueous paint is useful for steel based on graphene modification (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint: has multiple functions e.g. anti-corrosion, heat conduction, antibacterial, flame retardant, oil and water repellency effect; and preparation method is simple, easy and suitable for the large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a functional heavy-duty anticorrosive aqueous paint, comprising (i) mixing and stirring 3-10 pts. wt. graphene slurry and 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol solution for 24 hours to form a mixture, dropping the mixture slowly into 1000 pts. wt. epoxy resin solution, forming a mixture after stirring for 24 hours, dripping 300 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent slowly into the mixture and curing for 15 minutes to form epoxy resin composite primer paint, (ii) mixing the fluorocarbon topcoat and the diluent evenly to form a fluorocarbon dilution mixture, mixing 3-5 pts. wt. graphene slurry with polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring for 24 hours to form a mixture, dropping the mixture slowly into 1000 pts. wt. fluorocarbon dilution mixture, stirring for 24 hours to obtain mixture, adding 30-50 pts. wt. antibacterial agent into the mixture, mixing well, dripping 200 pts. wt. fluorocarbon curing agent slowly into the mixture and curing for 15 minutes to form a fluorocarbon composite topcoat paint, and (iii) mixing 100 pts. wt. fluorocarbon paint with 30-60 pts. wt. diluent, passing through 200 target cones, mixing 1-3 pts. wt. metal powder and fluorocarbon diluent paint for 24 hours to form a mixture and dripping 20 pts. wt. fluorocarbon curing agent slowly into the mixture and curing for 15 minutes to form a fluorocarbon metal varnish paint; and (2) application of functional heavy-duty anti-corrosion aqueous paint for steel based on graphene modification, comprising treating surface of anti-corrosion substrate, removing rust and oil, spraying the epoxy resin composite primer coating with a thickness of 30-50 mu m, drying at room temperature for 48 hours, spraying the fluorocarbon composite topcoat paint with a thickness of 20-30 mu m, drying at room temperature for 48 hours, spraying the fluorocarbon varnish paint with a thickness of 10-20 mu m, and drying for 48 hours.
