▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has a heating device that is set below the micro-reaction pipeline, and a test sensor is set in the micro-reaction chamber. The heating device or the micro-reaction pipeline is provided with a reference sensor. The material of the nano-wire sensor comprises zinc oxide, tin oxide, silicon, platinum, indium trioxide, and the two-dimensional nano-material comprises graphene, molybdenum disulfide and tungsten selenide. A test sensor is modified with a specific probe complementary to the target nucleic acid. A control device is electrically connected with the peristaltic pump and the heating device, where the test sensor is electrically connected with the reference sensor. The control device is used for receiving the detection signal of the test sensor and the reference sensor and subtracting the detection signal from the test sensor and the reference sensor. USE - In-situ monitoring device for processing a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reaction to detect pathogen in public health, environment detection and food safety field detection field. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures realizing the real-time monitoring and quantitative detection of the nucleic acid amplification process with high sensitivity and accuracy, thus improves the detection efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for in-situ monitoring PCR reaction process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the In-situ monitoring device. 1Sample feeding tank 2Waste liquid tank 3Micro-reaction pipeline 4Different micro-reaction cavity 5Waste liquid tank 6Then heating device 7Test sensor 9Processing control device 10Upper computer 11Display device 12Power supply
