▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A rigid wear-resistant composite material comprises 0.1-3 wt.% graphene filler, 0.5-10 wt.% additive, and remainder of polymer matrix. The polymer matrix is thermoplastic particulate resin chosen from polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyester, polyethylene and/or polypropylene. USE - Rigid wear-resistant composite material is used in aviation field, aerospace field, automobile application and machine components. ADVANTAGE - The rigid lightweight composite material has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and friction resistance, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of wear-resistant composite material, which involves dispersing graphene filler in polymer matrix, mixing uniformly, melt-blending obtained wear-resistant composite material precursor powder, and then pressing obtained material at 170-280 degrees C under pressure of 10-20 MPa for 8-15 minutes.
