NOVELTY - A graphene is rapidly stripped by carrying out chemical vapor deposition of nickel on graphene sheet at 750-1000 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, introducing 10-80 cm3 methane gas and 5-10 cm3 hydrogen under atmospheric pressure, immersing sheet in 0.06-3.2 mol/L nickel-ferric chloride solution, electrochemically etching, and stripping. USE - Method for rapidly stripping graphene (claimed).
