▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The packaging film has an aluminum layer (12), a graphene layer (14), and a sealing layer formed in sequence, where a melting point of the graphene layer is at 200 degrees centigrade to 400 degrees centigrade. The graphene layer comprises graphene sheets and a thermoplastic polymer adhesive, where thickness of the graphene layer is 0.5-10m and graphene content of the graphene layer is in a range of 1-10. USE - Aluminum laminated packaging film for a lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer comprise platelet structure that provides irregular arrangement of the graphene to enable locations between sheets to form indirect and complex paths for creating a huge barrier for lithium ions moving toward the aluminum layer, thus preventing the lithium ions from forming aluminum-lithium alloy with metal aluminum, and avoiding corrosion of the aluminum layer.
