NOVELTY - Manufacture of composite of graphene involves providing oxidized graphene precursor into a reactor, injecting hydrogen into the reactor to reduce silver ions, discharging hydrogen and supercritical carbon dioxide from the rector by injecting a cleaning product, and obtaining composite of graphene containing silver nanoparticles. USE - Manufacture of composite of graphene used for transparent conductive thin film used for field emission display, sensor, solar cell, touch panel, fuel cell electrode and light-emitting diode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of environmentally-friendly composite of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for transparent conductive thin film.
