NOVELTY - Polymer composite thermal interface material comprises lipoic acid (I) and/or derivative (II), crosslinking agent, aluminum salt and thermal conductive filler. USE - Polymer composite thermal interface material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent thermal conductivity and flexibility, is closely attached to different surfaces requiring heat dissipation so that there is no air circulation in gap between heating element and radiator surface to improve heat dissipation capacity of system.
