NOVELTY - A double-hetero-doped graphene/porous carbon composite comprises nitrogen and phosphorus atom, where the composition of the compound comprises the content of graphene/porous carbon is 75-92.0 wt.%, the content of nitrogen atoms is from 3-10.0 wt.%, the content of the phosphorus atom is 1-5.0 wt.% and the content of oxygen atoms is 4-10.0 wt.%. USE - Double-hetero-doped graphene/porous carbon composite used for mass spectrometric analysis of small molecular weight compounds such as amino acid, small molecule peptide, sugar, environmental pollutant, anticancer drug and traditional Chinese medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The double-hetero-doped graphene/porous carbon composite has high sensitivity and better repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing double-hetero-doped graphene/porous carbon composite, which involves adding a phytic acid solution to the graphene solution at 10 drops/min under stirring and ice bathing conditions, and adding the aniline solution at the same speed, and mixing until after mixing, adding the mixed solution and the ammonium persulfate solution under stirring, keeping under ice bath for 12 hours to obtain a graphene/polyaniline gel, followed by dialysis washing and freeze drying treatment to otain a graphene/polyaniline solid powder, subjecting the graphene/polyaniline solid powder to high temperature carbonization under argon gas to obtain the finished product.
