NOVELTY - The method involves adding (a) graphene oxide with a compound of manganese with water into mixed solution. The mixed solution is coated on a flexible substrate. The coating is irradiated (b) on the flexible substrate. A graphene oxide/manganese oxide film is utilized with laser under protection of inert atmosphere, to prepare a graphene/oxide composite flexible electrode. Mass ratio of graphene and manganese compound in the mixed solution is about 1: 0.05-1: 40.3. Electrolyte solution comprises sodium sulfate/smoke silica gel system, ion liquid or mist silica gel system. USE - Laser single-step method for preparing a graphene ultra-capacitor/manganese flexible electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables assembling a manganese oxide flexible composite electrode into a flexible capacitor and preparing a graphene ultra-capacitor/manganese flexible electrode in a simple and environment-friendly manner with high efficiency and better industrialization effect.
