▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing nitrogen-doped graphene, comprises subjecting graphite oxide to ultrasonic dispersion treatment in a solvent to form a 0.5-1 mg/ml of uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, adding nitrogen source to the graphene oxide solution and stirring to obtain a mixed solution, placing the mixed solution in a reactor and then sealing, and heat pressing at a temperature of 240-40 degrees C and at a pressure of 5-25 MPa for 0.5-5 hours. USE - The method is useful for producing nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of producing nitrogen-doped graphene by liquid phase oxidation of graphene with nitrogen source and Van der Waals forces without causing damage to the graphene layer, thus providing forming agglomeration of nitrogen-doped graphene with high uniformity.
