NOVELTY - High-performance graphene film with a controllable thickness comprises multiple layers of graphene structural units stacked layer by layer, where the graphene-polymer composite film is used as the initial structural unit and assembled layer by layer with a binder. The graphene-polymer composite film is prepared by high-temperature sintering. The binder is a nano-polymer film made of a polymer with a decomposition temperature of 300-600 degrees C. USE - High-performance graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance graphene film greatly reduces the production cost of composite graphite film preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-performance graphene film with a controllable thickness, which involves: (A) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide and graphitizable polymer to form a mixed solution; and (B) subjecting the graphene film composite film to high temperature treatment to obtain a high-performance graphene film.
