▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon/graphene/silicon self-supporting composite electrode, involves (a) adding nano-silicon powder, polyacrylonitrile and graphene oxide dispersion to a strong-polar organic solvent, heating, stirring and completely dissolving the polyacrylonitrile to obtain a mixed solution, (b) pouring the obtained mixed solution to a mold, and leaving still at room temperature, (c) placing the mold in a vibration environment, slowly adding an alcohol solvent to the mold, and co-coating the nano-silicon compound by precipitating polyacrylonitrile and graphene oxide, and (d) vacuum drying and performing heat treatment on polyacrylonitrile and graphene oxide with co-coated nano-silicon compound to obtain the electrode. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon/graphene/silicon self-supporting composite electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and the obtained composite electrode has high specific discharge capacity and excellent electrochemical cycle stability, does not require addition of conductive agent, binder and other electrochemically inert substances, does not require current collector, reduces the weight of electrode, and is easy to implement and suitable for large-scale production.
