▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene conductive paste involves ultrasonically dissolving dispersant in solvent to form uniform solution, where the solvent is ethanol, water, N-methylpyrrolidone acetone or dimethylformamide, adding graphene and conductive carbon material to the uniform solution, and stirring to obtain suspension, ultrasonically oscillating the suspension to obtain initial slurry in which graphene is uniformly dispersed with conductive carbon material, and transferring the initial slurry to a high-speed shear emulsification homogenizer to cut and disperse. USE - Preparation method of graphene conductive paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene conductive paste by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene conductive paste involves (A) ultrasonically dissolving dispersant in solvent to form uniform solution, where the dispersant is sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium lignosulfonate, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, DNA, and/or polyvinylpyrrolidone, the solvent is ethanol, water, N-methylpyrrolidone acetone or dimethylformamide, the concentration of dispersant in the uniform solution is 0.1-2 wt.%, (2) adding graphene and conductive carbon material to the uniform solution, and stirring to obtain suspension, where the carbon material is a zero-dimensional or one-dimensional nanocarbon material, the weight ratio of the conductive carbon material and graphene is 1:20-20:1, (3) ultrasonically oscillating the suspension to obtain initial slurry in which graphene is uniformly dispersed with conductive carbon material, and (4) transferring the initial slurry to a high-speed shear emulsification homogenizer to cut and disperse.
