NOVELTY - Magnesium phosphate cement-based wall anti-static coating comprises 30-40 pts. wt. heavy burning magnesium oxide powder, 1-5 pts. wt. conductive filler, 10-15 pts. wt. ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 3-4 pts. wt. borax, 3-8 pts. wt. mineral admixture, and 5.5-8.7 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as magnesium phosphate cement-based wall anti-static coating. ADVANTAGE - The anti-static coating: has good antistatic performance, and high temperature resistance, wear resistance, good adhesive force, low raw material cost, safety-friendly, and ensure that the future magnesium resource development and preparation of anti-static coating material has profound influence. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the magnesium phosphate cement-based wall anti-static coating material, comprising (a) taking heavy burning magnesium oxide powder, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, borax, mineral admixture and conductive filler after weighing, drying and stirring for 60-100 seconds in the stirrer with the rotating speed of 60-100 revolutions/minute, stirring uniformly to obtain the mixed material A, and (b) pouring the water in all the formulation into the stirrer, rapidly stirring for 160-170 seconds at the rotating speed of 120-200 revolutions/minute n, fully mixing it with the mixed material A to obtain the magnesium phosphate cement-based wall anti-static coating.
