NOVELTY - Method for preparing silicon nitride nanosheet, involves (a) ball milling and mixing silicon monoxide powder and graphene powder in ball mill, (b) taking out the obtained mixed powder, adding ammonium bicarbonate to the mixed powder and grinding using mortar, (c) spreading the mixture mixed with ammonium bicarbonate in a graphite crucible, controlling the thickness of the mixture, and covering the crucible cover, and (d) placing the crucible in sintering furnace, sequentially performing air extraction and inflation, starting to increasing programming temperature, increasing the temperature to reaction temperature, completing the reaction and heat-preserving for 2-3 hours to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing silicon nitride nanosheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, and the obtained silicon nitride nanosheet has uniform morphology and controllable size.
