▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carmine content detecting method involves establishing a linear relationship. The linear relationship is established by configuring a series of standard carmine solution mixed with graphene quantum dots, increasing concentration of carmine gradually and measuring fluorescence intensity of carmine before and after addition of graphene quantum dots. Analytical sample is added to a solution of graphene quantum dots to make concentration of graphene quantum dots same as standard solution. Fluorescence intensity of the sample is detected, followed by determining carmine content in sample. USE - Method for detecting carmine content. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the carmine content in a simple manner, with high selectivity and high sensitivity, showing better linear correlation coefficient of 0.996 and detecting onsite in-situ analysis rapidly.
