NOVELTY - Preparation of defoamer involves adding 100 pts. wt. modified silicone oil, 25-35 pts. wt. fatty alcohol, 30-50 pts. wt. glycerol fatty acid ester, 15-18 pts. wt. nonylphenol ethoxylate, 8-12 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 15-20 pts. wt. alumina, 2-6 pts. wt. emulsifier and 150-200 pts. wt. water, emulsifying to obtain a mixture (M1), mixing 100 pts. wt. mixture (M1) and 4-8 pts. wt. silica, and heat treating. The modified silicone oil is prepared by mixing dimethyl silicone oil and white carbon black in a mass ratio of 1:0.1-0.3, heating and refluxing to obtain a silicon paste, mixing 100 pts. wt. silicon paste, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. hydroxymethyl cellulose, 2-5 pts. wt. sodium benzoate and 4-10 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, and uniformly shearing and dispersing. USE - Preparation of defoamer (claimed) for wastewater treatment. ADVANTAGE - The defoamer has long foam inhibition time, and short defoaming time.
