NOVELTY - Medicine and its preparation method are claimed. The medicine comprises graphene oxide (GO)-carrier composition having sequence of GO-chitosan (CS)-MPG-microRNA (mir)-33a/mir199a. USE - The medicine is useful for biologically treating melanoma and tumors, and exhibiting inhibitory effect on melanoma cells under in-vitro conditions and inhibitory effect on proliferation and growth of melanoma cells under in-vivo conditions (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The medicine has less cytotoxicity and improved biological safety, and exhibits synergistic inhibitory effect with respect to proliferation and growth of melanoma cells.
