▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide modified polyvinyl butyral (PVB) material comprises (i) stirring and mixing polyvinyl alcohol, deionized water and antioxidant, (ii) adding emulsifier and functionalized graphene oxide to the above system in turn, homogeneous emulsification at 15-25℃ for 1-1.5 hours, adding n-butyraldehyde and hydrochloric acid in turn, and controlling the system at 10-20℃ and maintain it for 1-2 hours, and (iii) heating the system to 60-70℃ at a uniform speed, and keeping warm for 1-2 hours, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value to 4, maintaining it for 1-2 hours, washing with water, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value to 13, magnetic stirring for 2-8 hours, and washing with water to neutral, centrifugal drying, redissolving the dried sample in ethanol solvent, stirring for 2-8 hours, and drying it in an oven. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized graphene oxide modified polyvinyl butyral (PVB) material, which is used in automobile, building and aerospace fields. Uses include but are not limited to automobile interlayer glass middle film of market ratio reaches more than 90 %. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized oxidized graphene modified PVB material has good UV shielding performance and excellent tensile property.
