NOVELTY - A graphene-based thermal oil comprises is prepared by using 80.0-99.0 pts. wt. thermal oil base oil, 0.01-10.0 pts. wt. viscosity improver, 0.1-1.0 pt. wt. detergent, 1.0-5.0 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-2.0 pts. wt. antioxidant and anti-corrosive agent, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. anti-rust agent, 1.0-10.0 pts. wt. scorch inhibitor, 1.0-10.0 pts. wt. scale inhibitor, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. pour point depressant, 0.5-3.0 pts. wt. metal deactivator, 0.001-0.1 pt. wt. defoamer, and 0.01-1 pt. wt. modified graphene. USE - Graphene-based thermal oil. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based thermal oil has high viscosity index, high initial boiling point, excellent heat conduction performance, improved anti-wear and anti-wear performance, and excellent high-temperature bearing capacity, which can solve the problems of poor dispersion of graphene in thermal oil and easy aggregation and sedimentation, thereby improving long-term thermal stability and anti-wear performance of thermal oil.
